Hotel restaurant in the breakfast room with corresponding canteen atmosphere. Everything a bit chaotic (check-in, air conditioning not storage room, too cold in the room at night with low outside temperatures

The breakfast was sensationally varied and very good. I really liked the location near the Paseo de la Reforma and also the historic old town and the Roma and Condesa districts.

It was a good looking and truly exceptional hotel in Mexico City. The staff were superbly friendly and provided help. The service was great and the food was nice. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was very good.

Breakfast was very good. Close to restaurants and bars.
We booked a tour to Teotihuacan through the hotel. The Concierge organized everything for us, tour guide, price, tour etc. When the tour guide arrived, he demanded more money than agreed. The guide apparently had 30 years of experience, despite having little knowledge of the Asteca culture and Teotihuacan. At the end he offered us to organize the tour directly with him next time and save the 30% commission from the concierge.
